Ingredients:

  • 2 pita breads
  • 4 tablespoons of vegetable or olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

Directions:

  1. Pre heat the oven to 350ยบ F.
  2. Use kitchen scissor to cut along the circumference of the pita bread to remove folded edges.
  3. In a bowl combine oil and garlic.
  4. Brush each pita round with the oil and garlic mixture.
  5. Stack the rounds and then cut into 8 wedges.
  6. Arrange the wedges into a single layer on baking sheet and bake until chips are golden brown it will almost take 8-10 minutes.
