Ingredients:
- ½ cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of baking soda
- ¼ tablespoon of salt
- ¾ cup of whole white flour
- ¾ cup of flour
- 2 medium mashed bananas (1 cup)
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1 table spoon of vanilla
- ¼ cup of vegetable oil
- ¼ cup of skimmed milk
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 375ยบ F.
- pour baking soda, sugar, salt and flour into a bowl. Stir well to combine the ingredients.
- A add oil, milk, 1 cup of mashed bananas and vanilla, mix it till the flour is moistened..
- Fold it in raisins.
- Use nonstick muffin pan, muffin paper or coat the pan with cooking spray or oil. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full..
- Bake then for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan right away .
