Ingredients:
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of baking soda
  • ¼ tablespoon of salt
  • ¾ cup of whole white flour
  • ¾ cup of flour
  • 2 medium mashed bananas (1 cup)
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1 table spoon of vanilla
  • ¼ cup of vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup of skimmed milk
Method:
  1. Preheat your oven to 375ยบ F.
  2. pour baking soda, sugar, salt and flour into a bowl. Stir well to combine the ingredients.
  3. A add oil, milk, 1 cup of mashed bananas and vanilla, mix it till the flour is moistened..
  4. Fold it in raisins.
  5. Use nonstick muffin pan, muffin paper or coat the pan with cooking spray or oil. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full..
  6. Bake then for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan right away .
